  • Items may be cleaned, repackaged, resold, or up-cycled as part of Scoops Co collections

  • Unsafe or unsuitable items may be responsibly recycled or discarded

  • Scoops Co by CR&CO is a for-profit social enterprise, not a registered charity

  • Shipping costs are the sender’s responsibility, and parcels cannot be returned
